Salary: $30.00–$33.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Write and deploy long- and short-form social media content in partnership with creative teams.
• Manage and optimize paid social advertising strategies to drive traffic and leads.
• Collaborate with practice stakeholders to develop and refine social media strategies.
• Analyze performance data to refocus key messages and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between digital marketing teams, creative teams, and practice contacts.
• Conduct social training calls for members on digital programs.

Requirements

• Must reside in the greater Vancouver-Portland metropolitan area.
• 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer-service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of content and SEO best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Ads and email marketing software.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite or similar design tools.
• Experience making basic website updates in WordPress.
• Background working with clients in an agency setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or communications.
