Salary: $270,000 - $350,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Drive monthly and quarterly closing processes to ensure financial accuracy and balance sheet integrity.
• Assess and improve the internal control environment and governance framework.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Segment Controllers to drive consistency and best practices.
• Collaborate on global initiatives, including ERP implementations and the integration of AI in financial processes.
• Support the evaluation of significant business events and their impact on controllership.
• Develop and mentor high-performing controllership talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA required.
• Minimum of 20 years of relevant senior management experience in accounting.
• Demonstrated expertise in US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Experience working in a complex, large-scale accounting and finance environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with 4 days per week in the New York office.

Nice to have

• Big 4 Accounting firm experience.
• Experience with SAP and OneStream/HFM consolidation tools.
