What you will do

• Drive strategic, tactical, and operational Indirect Procurement goals within the Japanese semiconductor market.
• Execute and co-develop category strategies for local and global spend, including IT, logistics, and professional services.
• Manage supplier boarding and cultivate long-term relationships using the supplier management framework.
• Interface with regional and global stakeholders, including Finance, Legal, and the Japan Management Team.
• Participate in Global Improvement Roadmap (Northstar) projects to upgrade procurement phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master-degree in Business Management, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant area.
• 10–12 years of work experience in a professional, global, complex matrix, and multi-cultural environment.
• Fluent-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Proven ability to successfully manage high-level, high-tech sourcing projects and bidding processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to maintain overview and focus on value-added deliverables.
