What you will do

• Lead and deliver strategic Advanced Services engagements to accelerate adoption and ROI.
• Advise customers on cloud security operational best practices for their deployments.
• Serve as a technical expert/SME in areas like CSPM, SDLC, and Threat Detection.
• Integrate hirify.global into customers' broader security architecture and lead solutioning exercises.
• Collaborate with GSIs and partners to coach consultants and review implementations.
• Provide critical product feedback to internal Product teams based on customer gaps.

Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing roles such as Professional Services, Consulting, or Solutions Architecture.
• 3+ years in cloud/security architecture or post-sales implementation.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm) and Kubernetes administration.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, Rego, or PowerShell.
• Must have legal right to work in Japan without visa sponsorship.

• Experience delivering SaaS professional services.
• Contribution to reusable delivery methods and toolkits.
• Cloud provider certifications (Associate/Expert).
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKS, CKAD).
