What you will do

  • Lead engagement strategy across a dynamic portfolio of APAC growth markets based on strategic opportunity and company priorities.
  • Build and sustain senior relationships with ministers, regulators, and influential institutions across the region.
  • Design and execute multi-market campaigns and flagship partnerships to advance responsible AI adoption.
  • Anticipate and shape legislative and regulatory developments related to frontier AI, safety, and digital infrastructure.
  • Represent the company in senior-level meetings, summits, and bilateral dialogues.
  • Partner cross-functionally with research, product, legal, and communications teams to align engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in government, public policy, international affairs, or technology policy.
  • Significant experience working across Asia Pacific, including Southeast Asia.
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with policymakers and regulators.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and geopolitical issues into compelling narratives.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • English proficiency required; Chinese language fluency is a plus.
