What you will do

• Lead oversight of facilities information systems to ensure operational, maintenance, and space-management reliability at a managerial level.
• Manage the Enterprise IWMS platform, including user permissions/access, system testing, and mapping system fields across applications.
• Partner with the hosted solution provider on requirements for upgrades, customizations, error handling, and utilization.
• Drive data, analytics, and visualization for reporting and decision-making; perform database management and ETL as needed.
• Design and implement service level agreements within IWMS and support office services, space/move teams, and MRO/service center processes.
• Collaborate with IT and sustainability stakeholders to enhance IWMS/facilities databases for sustainability data and automate integrations to carbon reporting tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology platforms.
• 3+ years of experience supporting and navigating multiple Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).
• Required on-site: full-time work from an hirify.global-designated worksite.
• Familiarity with IWMS platforms such as Archibus, Maximo, ServiceNow, or IBM Tririga.
• Ability to map system fields for interface management and quickly understand varying configurations, data structures, and business workflows.
• Proven analytical skills using tools such as Smart Client, Excel, and other IT tools to manage the system user environment.
