What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end validation of PCIe or Ethernet PHY in a post-silicon environment.
• Define, execute, and report comprehensive PHY validation and test plans.
• Perform lab-based silicon bring-up and unit testing for Physical and PCS layer hardware.
• Conduct high-speed signal analysis using oscilloscopes, BERT, and network analyzers to measure Eye diagrams, Jitter, and BER.
• Debug complex PHY protocol issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer-reported failures.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Python and MATLAB.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/EE with 10+ years of experience, or Master’s/PhD with 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in high-speed SERDES, equalization techniques, and PCIe or Ethernet protocols.
• 5+ years of direct experience in SERDES characterization, design, or validation.
• In-depth knowledge of NRZ or PAM4 signaling and high-speed electrical signaling principles.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and mathematical programming with MATLAB.
