What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end ASO strategy for the portfolio to drive organic installs and improve store conversion.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Google Play, Apple App Store, Microsoft Store, and Amazon Appstore.
• Secure featuring, editorial placements, and promotional opportunities for launches and seasonal updates.
• Conduct store listing experiments (CPP, PPO) and optimize keywords and metadata.
• Mentor and develop ASO managers and analysts to ensure execution excellence.
• Partner with Creative, UA, and Product teams to ensure cohesive full-funnel optimization.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of ASO or mobile organic growth experience in free-to-play gaming.
• Proven track record of improving organic installs and store conversion at scale across multiple markets.
• Established working relationships with platform partner teams at Apple and Google.
• Proficiency in ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, and data.ai.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Barcelona, Spain or London, UK.

• Familiarity with Match-3, puzzle, hybrid-casual, or builder game models.
