What you will do

• Plan, manage, and control mold sourcing and requirements for EMEA.
• Build robust process documentation and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with business units, procurement, supply chain, and mold engineering to estimate delivery timing and costs.
• Ensure mold purchases align with product roadmaps and project timelines.
• Provide feasible procurement plans and ensure on-time delivery to tire plants.
• Optimize capacity utilization in collaboration with the LuxMold plant.

Requirements

• Degree in Business or Engineering.
• 3 years of project management experience or PMP certification.
• 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Operations, or RDE&Q.
• Understanding of the new product development / PCP process.
• Strong analytical skills, business savviness, and process orientation.
• Proficiency in reporting systems.
