What you will do
- Drive the demand management process in accordance with Class A S&OP and Demand Planning Process Quality guidelines.
- Lead monthly cross-functional consensus demand meetings to support S&OP and RvsCC planning processes.
- Develop collaborative planning and Key Account Planning processes to support business model objectives.
- Incorporate marketing insights into demand plans and ensure seamless handoff to Supply Planning.
- Facilitate a strong demand planning culture and drive key performance objectives like forecast accuracy and sales plan stability.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for forecasting systems, data integrity, and demand driver analysis.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Demand Planning.
- At least 2 years of proven experience leading the demand planning function in mid- to large-scale organizations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in integrated supply chain systems, specifically SAP APO DP.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of forecasting models, supply chain processes, and best practices.
