What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end financial management, reporting, and control for property investment entities.
• Support the consolidation of fund accounts and ensure accurate NAV calculation.
• Partner with investment, tax, and treasury teams to support acquisitions, restructuring, and dispositions.
• Monitor fund liquidity, cash forecasting, and operational banking activities.
• Coordinate statutory audits and prepare consolidated IFRS reporting packages.
• Manage relationships with auditors, property managers, JV partners, and tax agents.

Requirements

• Must be based in Singapore
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA or ACCA.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in an audit, accounting, or finance team.
• Proficiency in multi-currency environments, GAAP, IFRS, and INREV standards.
• Strong ability to plan, adhere to strict timelines, and manage complex financial risks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner across boundaries.
