What you will do

• Drive country financing objectives, including financed volume, revenue contribution, and strategic growth targets.
• Partner with sales teams to identify and convert financing opportunities across channel partners and end customers.
• Structure and negotiate commercially viable leasing and financing solutions to support sales growth.
• Collaborate with vendors and funding partners to develop and execute market expansion initiatives.
• Lead sales enablement activities, partner education, and go-to-market initiatives for financing solutions.
• Manage pipeline forecasting, reporting, and compliance with regional governance and risk frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in IT leasing, technology financing, equipment finance, or channel finance.
• Proven track record in originating, structuring, and negotiating complex financing transactions.
• Strong understanding of financing models, pricing methodologies, and credit assessment.
• Ability to engage and build credibility with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
• Experience working effectively within a matrix environment across regional and country teams.
