What you will do

• Lead global product launches, feature rollouts, and seasonal campaigns for hirify.global Cortex.
• Develop and operationalize product positioning and messaging across global regions and channels.
• Partner with product, marketing, loyalty, and payments teams to drive acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Define success metrics, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks to track performance.
• Translate behavioral data into actionable growth marketing strategies.
• Build executive-ready storytelling linking user engagement to business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in product marketing, growth, or platform marketing.
• Proven track record of scaling digital, gaming, or software products with measurable KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across regional and cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and executive readiness.
• Background in gaming, software, or fintech ecosystems.
