What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategy for Asia (ex-China) in collaboration with regional and global teams.
• Manage annual Asia marketing budget ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
• Create strategic content including messaging, case studies, and press releases.
• Build relationships with press and manage PR agencies for maximum reach.
• Lead digital marketing efforts including websites, EDMs, and social media campaigns.
• Organize and manage events such as webinars, conferences, and tradeshows across Asia.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Singapore.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, in-house or agency.
• Proficient in marketing automation tools, Power BI, CMS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project and time management skills with ability to multitask under pressure.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in automation, supply chain, or engineering industries.
