Salary: $100,000 – $175,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead overall program execution to ensure successful performance of a complex DoD C4I contract.
• Manage technical, financial, and schedule performance across the entire program.
• Oversee acquisition planning and budget development activities.
• Coordinate communication and efforts between government and contractor stakeholders.
• Ensure strict compliance with contract requirements and federal regulations.
• Provide executive-level communications, program status updates, and reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years of professional program/project management experience.
• At least 8 years managing technical programs and 5 years managing DoD C4I systems.
• Current DoD 8570/8140 compliant certification (IAM II, IAT II, or IASAE II).
• Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies.
• Associate's degree in a technical or managerial discipline.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience managing U.S. Navy or NAVWAR contracts.
• Active Secret security clearance.
