Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia; role requires 4 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Own and manage the RPA Data Domain, ensuring data integrity and usability for risk and performance metrics.
  • Define and prioritize data product roadmaps in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Apply logical data modeling techniques to structure and optimize the data domain.
  • Lead data governance initiatives, including defining policies, standards, and critical data elements (CDEs).
  • Establish and monitor data quality rules and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders across investment management, technology, and compliance to ensure alignment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in investment data, with at least 10 years as a Data Product Owner or similar role.
  • Deep expertise in Risk, Performance, and Attribution (RPA) concepts and workflows.
  • Proficiency in business and logical data modeling.
  • Solid SQL skills and experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
  • Strong background in data governance practices and quality framework implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts for senior leadership.
