Salary: $124,000 - $156,000

What you will do
- Craft and champion the strategic vision for Nexus as ’s unified data access layer, aligning product objectives with platform goals.
- Own and maintain the Nexus roadmap, defining OKRs, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics with cross-functional teams.
- Gather requirements by partnering with data consumers across product and engineering teams, translating use cases into prioritized solutions.
- Drive technical product leadership for query orchestration, data materialization into the lakehouse, and enforcement of access controls using catalog metadata.
- Partner with engineering to set and achieve performance targets (latency, throughput, reliability) and ensure compliance with regulatory/legal/contractual obligations.
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle (ideation through optimization), continuously monitoring metrics and usage to improve scalability, usability, and compliance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in data platforms or API-driven ecosystems.
- Proven ability to define product strategy, translate complex problems into actionable roadmaps, and deliver cross-functional outcomes.
- Strong analytical, data-driven mindset using metrics, dashboards, and customer feedback to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, including simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- For U.S. locations: must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
