What you will do
- Lead upstream product development initiatives for the ASTRA™ platform, specifically for knee arthroplasty solutions.
- Translate surgeon feedback and clinical insights into actionable product requirements and development priorities.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, clinical, and commercial teams from concept through launch.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and technology assessments to identify strategic opportunities.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, business cases, and lifecycle management strategies.
- Support downstream marketing by shaping product positioning, messaging, and field sales enablement tools.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or Data Science (MBA preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing or medical device sales, with exposure to upstream product development.
- 4+ years of experience working with navigation or robotic systems in knee arthroplasty.
- Deep understanding of surgical workflows and clinical needs.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
