What you will do

• Develop and refine product messaging and positioning to clearly communicate the "why hirify.global" value proposition.
• Translate complex AI-powered capabilities into defensible value propositions for executive, clinical, and operational payer audiences.
• Build a core asset library, including video storytelling, product explainers, and sales collateral.
• Coordinate product launches in partnership with Product Operations and Marketing, creating launch materials and enablement resources.
• Synthesize customer and market insights to develop personas and map pain points across the payment integrity lifecycle.
• Create and maintain sales tools such as pitch decks and competitive insights to support field teams.

Requirements

• Experience in product marketing or GTM roles, ideally within B2B SaaS and healthcare technology.
• Proven track record of supporting messaging, content creation, and product launches in cross-functional environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with product and data science teams and translate technical details for market impact.
• Exceptional ability to simplify complexity into language that drives decisions and reduces friction.
• Experience building and scaling product marketing functions from the ground up is strongly preferred.
