What you will do

• Support the full lifecycle management of implants and instruments, from new development to existing enhancements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Partner with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and sales collateral.
• Provide technical product support and training to field sales teams and surgeons.
• Assist with sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and international market planning.
• Coordinate logistics for product meetings, samples, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related function.
• Must be able to meet medical requirements for hospital entry to observe surgical procedures.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Proficiency in Windows-based office productivity tools.
