Sr. Solutions Architect, Security (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Sr. Solutions Architect, Security (Cybersecurity): Supporting the development and expansion of security services for ERP implementations with an accent on threat research, vulnerability mitigation, and security product configuration. Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates based in or near Tokyo, Japan.

What you will do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot security products to protect client ERP environments.
• Conduct extensive research on security vulnerabilities, threats, and emerging weaknesses.
• Develop security logic, rules, signatures, and hardening configurations to mitigate risks.
• Perform security assessments for customers across diverse ERP and complex web application environments.
• Collaborate with global R&D teams to assist in efficacy testing and product implementation strategies.
• Provide post-implementation support and contribute to technical documentation for security solutions.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in Japanese and understand Japanese culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Security Certification required (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CEH, CRISC) or actively working towards one.
• 10+ years of experience in IT procedures, security policies, and DataCenter operations.
• 5+ years of experience in security product implementation, troubleshooting, and WebLogic/WebSphere technologies.
• Deep knowledge of system security vulnerabilities, penetration testing, and remediation techniques.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP applications like SAP, EBS, or JDE.
• Knowledge of security in public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Background in managed services or professional services consulting.
• Ethical hacking experience.
