Senior Category Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, with 3+ days per week in a hub location in Plantation, FL, Boston, MA, or Bellevue, WA

Salary: $100,000–$160,000 per year, plus potential 401(k), equity grant, and annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead and develop the healthcare category, including P&L ownership and recurring business reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships across assortments, pricing, costs, rebates, and commercial terms.
• Build customer acquisition and lifecycle management strategies using research and data insights.
• Analyze sales data, assortment gaps, product performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate planning and execution with finance, marketing, supply chain, pricing, and customer service.
• Support the launch of new initiatives and engagements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of related category management or comparable experience in merchandising, buying, analytics, product, or a similar area.
• Deep expertise in vendor management, merchandising, sales, marketing, and general management.
• Strong business judgment, written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams, lead priorities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and strong knowledge of retail math.
• Ability to work 3+ days per week from a Plantation, Boston, or Bellevue hub.

Nice to have

• Ecommerce experience.
• Experience with one or more Exotics categories.
• SQL knowledge.
