What you will do

  • Own the day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of the Salesforce instance for the Commercial team.
  • Design and build advanced workflows, automation, and validation rules using Salesforce Flow.
  • Integrate and evolve workflows between Salesforce and tools like HubSpot, SalesLoft, LeanData, and Slack.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leaders to streamline GTM processes and improve pipeline visibility.
  • Maintain data integrity through monitoring, deduplication, and advanced reporting dashboards.
  • Drive the roadmap for Commercial team Salesforce usage and overall GTM systems strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator focusing on B2B GTM teams.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce configuration (Flows, Custom Objects).
  • Experience with HubSpot or integrated martech tools.
  • Proven track record in fast-paced startup or growth company environments.
  • Must be based in the US (excluding the listed restricted states).

Nice to have

  • Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certification.
  • Curiosity and experience in enabling AI within the Commercial team.
