What you will do

• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce platform tools including custom metadata, flows, and action plans.
• Customize database structures by creating fields, complex formulas, and dynamic lightning pages.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into robust system enhancements.
• Monitor and maintain data integrity and system security across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with IT teams and third-party consultants to test and deploy product enhancements.
• Mentor junior team members and document system processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Atlanta, GA
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer in a complex environment.
• Subject matter expertise in Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of SAFe Agile practices and project lifecycle management.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide scalable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and requirements gathering.
