• Plan, coordinate, and control daily production scheduling and operations.
• Optimize build plans and set priorities to meet delivery performance and customer requirements.
• Analyze BOM inventory, monitor WIP, and track production output.
• Identify opportunities to enhance value and improve services for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and local regulations.
• Drive customer satisfaction through consistent performance and continuous efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in production planning or logistics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High level of integrity and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
