What you will do

• Lead the RFX process, including the definition of sourcing strategies, negotiation, and evaluation of proposals.
• Develop and implement local category strategies for CAPEX and MRO.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from creation and review to sign-off and archiving.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance using hard and soft facts to create development plans.
• Ensure the achievement of defined KPIs and delivery of savings targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Strategic Buyer specifically in CAPEX and MRO categories.
• Strong negotiation and procurement capabilities with a proven track record.
• Analytical mindset and ability to align stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Experience in supplier classification and relationship building.
