What you will do

• Oversee contract manufacturing operations at major partner sites, ensuring alignment with standards for capacity, OTD, quality, and cost.
• Define, implement, and monitor standardized KPI metrics; drive accountability and proactive issue escalation.
• Lead continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma to optimize processes, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
• Resolve technical issues, material shortages, and production obstacles; escalate critical challenges to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, NPI, Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
• Manage capacity planning, inventory, compliance, safety, and strategic projects like NPI and facility optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in contract manufacturing or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of KPI development, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams and motivate partners.
• Proficient in data-driven decision-making, KPI analysis, and managing multiple sites/suppliers.
• Must be local to Penang, MY; no relocation or visa sponsorship.
