What you will do
- Proactively manage a portfolio of critical disclosers to ensure high retention and engagement.
- Understand and address complex customer needs regarding environmental disclosure requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support teams to identify opportunities and resolve escalations.
- Provide tailored business cases and guidance to maximize positive customer outcomes.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of questionnaires, scoring methodologies, and disclosure policies.
- Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to drive organizational improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a related B2B field.
- Interest in sustainability issues such as climate change, water security, and biodiversity.
- Ability to quickly comprehend and retain complex information regarding disclosure requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and organizational software.
- Must be able to work from the London office 2 days per week.
