What you will do

• Build, drive, and optimize Amazon Search marketing campaigns (and related commerce media channels) to meet client goals using conversion rates and ROI.
• Manage client relationships through weekly touchpoints and support client satisfaction and retention targets.
• Integrate hirify.global’s product and technology suite into campaign activations and maintain platform knowledge and certifications.
• Analyze campaign performance data to extract insights, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate strategy behind KPIs.
• Diagnose growth opportunities, implement changes to improve growth/retention/profitability, and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Prioritize time across clients and initiatives while experimenting with new strategies and tools to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in commerce media roles with a proven track record executing successful campaigns.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $70k+.
• Familiarity with commerce media platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Criteo.
• Ability to support ongoing client communication and performance tracking.
• Must be based in the USA (remote role).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools such as Skai, Helium10, Pacvue, and Analytic Index.
