What you will do

• Own technical delivery for live and virtual broadcasts, including network construction, encoder validation, test broadcasts, and contingency/redundancy planning.
• Configure and maintain NDI, HDMI, and SDI video sources and distribution infrastructure; design and implement on-prem, hybrid, and cloud-based production systems for livestream studios in NYC and London.
• Partner with Video Product and Network teams to deploy and maintain Video-over-IP and NDI infrastructure.
• Serve as part of a Level-3 Zoom escalation team: manage accounts/webinars/meetings/integrations/security settings and troubleshoot during virtual events.
• Take ownership of global Zoom Room design templates and adapt AV equipment, microphones, cameras, and display systems for event spaces and conference rooms.
• Multitask across multiple cities, handle break/fix escalations, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime during live events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the AV industry with live events and streaming.
• Engineer-level networking knowledge, including Video-over-IP and NDI (and Dante).
• Expert knowledge of AV industry manufacturers, products, and vendors.
• vMix experience is a must.
• Ability to deliver effective presentations to internal and external partners.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements by reprioritizing and problem-solving during live production.

Nice to have

• Experience as a Zoom administrator.
• Experience with live event production.
• Familiarity with GSuite.
