What you will do

• Independently lead and negotiate complex commercial agreements with customers and suppliers.
• Advise on software licensing, product sales, claims, and purchasing matters.
• Shape software licensing strategy and develop new licensing models.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior business and technical leaders on high-value transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure alignment and speed.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited university and active bar admission.
• 5–15 years of relevant experience in a multinational in-house or law firm environment.
• Strong expertise in negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements.
• Solid background in software licensing transactions.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Austin, Texas.
