What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology license and subscription agreements for cloud and on-premise solutions.
• Maintain and update form agreements including NDAs, services, and license contracts.
• Advise Sales and Client Operations teams on legal risks and corporate policies.
• Provide legal guidance on new product offerings and third-party relationships.
• Negotiate partner, reseller, and vendor technology agreements.
• Manage project expectations and resolve business escalations effectively.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of transactional or contracts experience.
• Active bar member in good standing.
• Experience negotiating customer agreements from a software vendor perspective.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve legal issues independently.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Experience negotiating with international customers, particularly in the UK and Europe.
• Knowledge of GDPR and other privacy laws.
• Experience scaling legal processes for a rapidly growing global organization.
• Mix of law firm and in-house legal department experience.
