What you will do

• Design and deploy new features for the Seller Center to improve the online retail experience.
• Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to create effective technical solutions.
• Optimize SQL queries to enhance overall application performance.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high quality and foster continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure consistent service.
• Implement AI-supported features to streamline internal workflow processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Django 5.x, Tailwind, and HTMX (or a strong desire to learn them).
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Redis, or equivalent data storage systems.
• Fluent German communication skills (C1-Level) required.
• Ability to work in an English-speaking environment.

Nice to have

• Excellent coding skills in Python and extensive Django knowledge.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience with Greenfield projects or startup environments.
