What you will do
- Define, manage, and deliver high-quality features from concept through deployment within a cross-functional squad.
- Develop and maintain services for the core pricing manager system using Go, Python, Django, React, and Ember.js.
- Build end-to-end capabilities that help hotels optimize day-to-day revenue and pricing.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Influence architectural decisions involving service boundaries, data ownership, and technical tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and related platform teams.
Requirements
- Senior-level software engineering experience with deep backend expertise in Go or Python/Django.
- Frontend literacy sufficient to deliver end-to-end product features.
- Experience breaking complex outcomes into incremental releases while maintaining clean service boundaries and scalability.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code and willingness to use AI to accelerate development.
- Fluency in English and the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders while taking ownership of a technical domain.
- Experience with Python, Django, Go, Ember.js, React, TypeScript, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, BigQuery, BigTable, MySQL, or Postgres.
Nice to have
- Experience with additional backend languages.
- Familiarity with Ember.js, React, and TypeScript.
- Experience in data-heavy product domains or hospitality technology.
