Salary: $124,895.40 – $169,500.90 per year

What you will do

• Monitor legal changes impacting FBI discovery policies and procedures.
• Evaluate new technologies and best practices to improve discovery workflows.
• Conduct system testing for upgrades and patches prior to release.
• Provide expert advice on identifying, preserving, and producing ESI for civil and criminal litigation.
• Manage legal hold requirements and monitor departing custodians.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for litigation technology roles.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
• 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3+ years of progressive experience on major litigation support projects.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Relativity (beyond document review).
• Strong understanding of the EDRM lifecycle.
