eFiling Specialist (LegalTech)

Location: Remote within the United States; Monday through Friday evening coverage in Pacific Time is required.

Salary: $23–$27 per hour.

What you will do

• Review, prepare, submit, and track electronic court filings.
• Manage client orders, deadlines, service-level agreements, and accurate filing records.
• Prevent filing rejections, handle rush requests, and troubleshoot workflow or system issues.
• Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and internal teammates throughout the filing process.
• Use eFiling portals and legal case-management tools, including Journal Tech, Tyler Odyssey, LegalConnect, GreenFiling, and Legal CMS.

Requirements

• Background in legal services, litigation support, attorney services, or a related field.
• Experience with electronic filing portals, Legal CMS platforms, legal document preparation, or court filing procedures.
• Ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Ability to cover Monday through Friday evening hours in Pacific Time.
• Must be located in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience with California, Texas, Washington, or multi-state eFiling service portals.
• Experience working with legal support vendors.
• Familiarity with filing procedures across multiple jurisdictions.
