What you will do

• Own the eFiling process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Review, prepare, submit, and track legal filings while strictly adhering to deadlines.
• Act as a problem-solver to prevent rejections and handle urgent rush requests.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members throughout the filing lifecycle.
• Utilize cutting-edge tools such as Journal Tech, Tyler Odyssey, LegalConnect, and GreenFiling.
• Maintain organized records and track service level agreements (SLAs) across multiple active jobs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven background in legal or litigation support environments.
• Familiarity with legal document preparation and court filing procedures.
• Experience with eFiling portals, Legal CMS platforms, or legal support vendors.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with clients and teammates.
