What you will do

• Synthesize market trends and customer feedback to inform global product roadmap priorities.
• Act as a subject matter expert on assigned technology features and capabilities.
• Support pre-sales and professional services activities, including field work and proof of concept implementations.
• Create and distribute technical content to support regional strategy.
• Collaborate with product marketing and internal teams to assist with technical messaging.
• Provide technical knowledge transfer and support for complex pre-sales projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the physical security industry.
• Technical depth in IP networking, video transport, and surveillance systems.
• Experience with LAN/WAN hardware configuration and low-level protocols (RTP, TCP/IP, UDP, IGMP).
• Must be based in the USA and available during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
• B.S. degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
