What you will do

• Own the endpoint and device security architecture across employee, engineering, and privileged admin devices.
• Define and implement secure baseline standards for operating systems, disk encryption, and host firewalls.
• Integrate endpoint posture requirements with identity, privileged access, and vulnerability management workflows.
• Drive local admin reduction and controlled elevation patterns to minimize enterprise risk.
• Build visibility into device security posture through comprehensive dashboards and telemetry reporting.
• Partner with IT, Legal, and Privacy stakeholders to design controls that balance security with operational velocity.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in endpoint security, device management, or enterprise security engineering.
• Hands-on experience securing Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints in enterprise environments.
• Strong skills in scripting, automation, and configuration management for endpoint workflows.
• Experience securing high-risk populations such as engineering teams or privileged administrators.
• Proven ability to produce audit-ready evidence for device controls and security posture.
• Must be based in the AMER region to align with operational requirements.
