What you will do

• Coordinate between IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into tangible business value.
• Define technical specifications and architectural designs for system interactions and data exchange.
• Manage dependencies and align priorities across multiple squads and Tribes.
• Perform detailed functional and technical analysis and design for software solutions.
• Break down requirements into User Stories, analyzing costs, benefits, and risks.
• Conduct feasibility analyses for new initiatives (Epics and User Stories).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development projects, preferably using Agile methodology.
• Proven experience in business analysis, process design, and E2E software delivery.
• Strong knowledge of backend design with Java, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Microservices architecture, REST, SOAP, and DBMS/SQL (e.g., Oracle, PL/SQL).
• Knowledge of UML standards, JUnit testing, and TDD.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Manila.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
