What you will do

  • Own the technical specification process, translating business needs into detailed user stories and functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and architects to design scalable integration solutions.
  • Lead requirements gathering workshops and validate technical assumptions with cross-functional teams.
  • Support testing activities, including defect analysis, triage, and root cause identification.
  • Provide guidance to technical teams on solution implementation and adherence to architectural standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and technical change management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in integrating complex software applications and processing workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills in interpreting source and target systems, data models, and data flows.
  • Expertise in designing and documenting API specifications using SOAP and REST protocols.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs.
  • Experience leading collaborative workshops for requirements and solution design.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in writing SQL and understanding database schemas.
  • Previous experience in insurance or regulated financial services.
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud architecture and components.
