What you will do

• Design and lead strategic enablement programs for Support, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.
• Translate complex architectural changes into actionable technical requirements and troubleshooting guides.
• Create and maintain the technical toolkit, including implementation playbooks, API documentation, and health check checklists.
• Act as the technical liaison between product teams and post-sales leadership to ensure global alignment.
• Measure the effectiveness of enablement programs using support data and field feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate key technical sessions and serve as a strategic advisor to post-sales stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Enablement, Post-Sales, or Technical Program Management in a high-tech B2B environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Cloud Security principles, implementation architecture, and post-deployment troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects across various timelines.
• Strong architectural fluency with the ability to translate technical specs into field-consumable materials.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom without visa sponsorship.
