TL;DR
Sales Excellence Analyst: Supporting Sales Excellence Analytics by building bespoke commercial analytics and deliverables that improve selling efficiency with an accent on sales performance drivers, QA/QC reliability of outputs, and automation/vendor management. Focus on designing analyses and business cases across international country teams, including occasional support for different time zones.

What you will do
- Design and implement bespoke sales performance analyses (one-offs or recurring deliverables) and identify continuous improvement opportunities for commercial teams.
- Provide regular country deliverables by participating in analysis design discussions and creating first-run templates/files and iterating based on learnings.
- Design QA/QC approach to ensure reliability of analytical outputs and improve data timeliness and business rule inputs from countries.
- Develop business cases and model scenarios (e.g., measuring impact of promotional investment changes in selected countries).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and support countries in different time zones (e.g., Canada and Australia).
- Handle ad hoc projects and assignments, including managing external vendors for deliverable production once stable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or similar, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience, ideally with 2 years in consulting or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 months of experience in a quantitative Sales Excellence area (e.g., segmentation & targeting, incentive compensation, resource allocation).
- At least 2 years of experience in Life Sciences (Medical Device/Pharmaceuticals), with exposure to non-US markets and data (strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver error-free work by fixed deadlines.
- English written/spoken.
Nice to have
- Other European languages.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and Power BI experience.
- Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.com.
- Basic financial acumen (P&L understanding).
