What you will do

• Build dashboards and monitor KPIs using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Define success metrics, tracking plans, and KPI frameworks.
• Derive insights from data to drive product and business improvements.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Amplitude.
• English: B2 level required.
• Must be based in Portugal with a valid work permit or EU citizenship.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working within digital products or SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of SQL or data querying tools.
