What you will do

• Develop impact reports and ROI analyses to demonstrate the value of the portfolio to government agencies and universities.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including AI-driven tools and Open Access transitions.
• Build and maintain early-warning systems for account retention by analyzing usage patterns and engagement metrics.
• Track regional KPIs, including pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and revenue targets for the Latam sales team.
• Create automated dashboards in Power BI or Tableau to provide real-time visibility into account health.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for global leadership.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, or management consulting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Experience with AI, Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
