What you will do

• Design and build complete AI solutions, including agents, multi-step workflows, and complex integrations.
• Configure and manage AI platform environments, including data connectors, access controls, and knowledge base architecture.
• Orchestrate data pipelines between business systems like Salesforce, Jira, and Snowflake to ensure seamless AI performance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the AI solution stack.
• Partner with internal Services teams to identify use cases, provide consultative support, and enable AI adoption.
• Create documentation, SOPs, and enablement materials to support platform usage and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4-year college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in a technical, business consulting, or AI integration role.
• Strong ability to independently diagnose and debug complex issues across unfamiliar systems.
• Experience with data orchestration, field mapping, and transformation logic.
• Proficiency in designing agent architecture and retrieval strategies.
