What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer onboarding and integration processes for new retail deployments.
• Map and validate complex data formats to internal pipelines, scaling from small pilots to thousands of stores.
• Manage live production configurations, feature flags, and system health for active deployments.
• Build internal tooling to automate manual deployment tasks and increase operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data flow issues across Kafka, Redis, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Communicate directly with customers to explain technical root causes and provide solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• 4+ years of hybrid experience in integration, solutions engineering, or technical roles with direct client accountability.
• Strong proficiency in Python, specifically with Pandas and NumPy.
• Solid SQL skills for data diagnostics, ETL pipeline building, and tracing inconsistencies.
• Understanding of distributed systems, including Kafka and asynchronous pipelines.
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, or Helm (reading configs and logs).
