What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve software application, data transfer, and connectivity issues.
- Manage and document customer cases while providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Identify recurring technical issues to contribute to product quality initiatives.
- Create user-friendly documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide basic functionality training and support to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expedite incident resolution and product improvements.
Requirements
- BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent related experience.
- Experience with end-user technical support for software applications.
- Proficiency in SQL and review of CSV/Fixed file formats.
- Strong analytical, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work under dynamic conditions with autonomy.
