What you will do

• Execute functional validation plans and test suites at system and subsystem levels.
• Perform deep-dive root cause analysis to isolate failures in hardware, software, or firmware.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, LabView, or Ladder Logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ASIC Design, Firmware, and Architecture.
• Utilize lab equipment like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers for debugging.
• Maintain structured documentation of bugs and debug methodologies in Jira and Git.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in system validation, functional testing, or ASIC/SoC debug.
• Strong understanding of computer architecture, memory subsystems, and communication protocols.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or LabView.
• Working knowledge of C/C++ for firmware or driver-level debugging.
• Hands-on experience with ASIC or SoC bring-up and post-silicon validation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
