eDiscovery Litigation Technologist (Legal): Supporting complex civil and criminal litigation for government clients with an accent on EDRM lifecycle management and Relativity administration. Location: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance. Role is based in Washington, DC / Arlington, VA with hybrid/remote flexibility.

Salary: $124,895.40 – $169,500.90 per year.

What you will do

• Monitor changes in laws impacting civil and criminal litigation to update FBI discovery procedures.
• Provide technical expertise on identifying, preserving, collecting, and producing ESI.
• Conduct testing of system upgrades and patches prior to deployment.
• Manage legal hold custodians and ensure proper preservation of material.
• Advise on the application of new technology and best practices to improve discovery workflows.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for litigation technology roles.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• 5 years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience.
• 3 years of progressive experience on major litigation support projects.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Relativity beyond document review.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).
