eDiscovery Litigation Technologist (Top Secret Clearance Required)

Location: Washington, DC or Arlington, VA; hybrid or remote options. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance; active clearance preferred.

Salary: $124,895.40–$169,500.90 per year

What you will do

• Provide litigation technology support across civil litigation, selected criminal matters, FOIA requests, Congressional requests, and other external inquiries.
• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce electronically stored information using FBI discovery tools and established processes.
• Monitor legal developments and commercial eDiscovery technology to improve FBI Discovery policies, procedures, and capabilities.
• Validate proposed solutions, test system upgrades and patches, and confirm that new capabilities meet business requirements.
• Monitor separation reports to identify departing legal-hold custodians and support preservation obligations.
• Create and update standard operating procedures for the ETA role.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of eDiscovery or litigation support experience focused on client solutions.
• At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience on major litigation support projects.
• At least 2 years of Relativity experience beyond document review coding.
• Experience across all areas of the EDRM, from file to trial, with strong technical and legal eDiscovery knowledge.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance are required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required, with a JD highly preferred.
