What you will do

• Lead post-sale implementation of Portware Enterprise, acting as the primary project lead across internal teams.
• Develop and execute account strategies to champion client needs and ensure long-term retention.
• Gather and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications for engineering and product teams.
• Manage concurrent, high-priority projects including product upgrades, workflow changes, and new asset class implementations.
• Collaborate with support teams to resolve technical issues and ensure efficient client operations.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities that align with client priorities and company objectives.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in financial markets front-office environments.
• Deep understanding of market structures, securities trading, and the FIX protocol.
• Proven experience as a technical business analyst or project manager in a software-driven environment.
• Ability to work effectively with software engineers and technical architects.

Nice to have

• Prior light coding experience in Java.
• Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Expertise in FX, Fixed Income, or derivatives trading.
